Mr. Jiang Fusheng is the Chief Executive Officer, Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qia Ru Group Corporation. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd. since January 2024. In addition, Mr. Jiang has served as Chairman of Guangdong Hengsong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. since 2021. Previously, he was Chairman of Guangdong Qiahao Education Investment Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2021, Chairman of Huizhou Fusheng Water Technology Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2016, and General Manager of Liqi International Jewelry Group Co., Ltd. from 1995 to 2002.

Mr. Jiang holds a Bachelor's degree from South China University of Technology (1995) and a Master's degree from the Party School of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee (2016). He brings extensive executive leadership experience across multiple industries, providing strategic oversight, operational continuity, and long-term vision to the Board of Directors in support of the Group's sustainable growth.

Mr. Zhao Xiaofeng is the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Qia Ru Group Corporation. He also serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Operations Department Manager, Supply Chain Department Supervisor, and Brand Promotion Department Supervisor of Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd. since January 2024. In these roles, Mr. Zhao is primarily responsible for establishing and overseeing the Company's online marketing platforms, as well as building and managing its talent pool, including talent development, team management, and day-to-day business operations.

From 2022 to 2023, Mr. Zhao served as Director of the Corporate Communications Department at Guangdong Hengsong Holdings Group Co., Ltd. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Huizhou Youxin Cultural Media Co., Ltd. from 2020 to 2022, and a Senior Director at Huizhou Xizi Lakeside Network Co., Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor's degree from Jincheng College of Sichuan University, obtained in 2019. His professional background in corporate branding, film and television production, and new media commerce contributes valuable operational and marketing expertise to the Group's management team.

Mrs. Chen Xiuling is the Chief Financial Officer of Qia Ru Group Corporation and Guangzhou Qiaru Supply Chain Co., Ltd. She is primarily responsible for overseeing the Group's financial management, business expansion, and overall financial affairs.

Since 2005, Mrs. Chen has served as President of Anda Xin Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. From March 2002 to December 2005, she worked as a Purchasing Officer at Huizhou Saint Malone Apparel Co., Ltd., and from August 2000 to December 2001, she served as a Cost Accountant at Beijing Blue Sky Anke Trade Co., Ltd. Mrs. Chen graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in 2010 with a degree in Accounting. Her educational background, together with over 19 years of experience in financial consulting and corporate finance across multiple industries, provides strong financial leadership and insight in support of the Group's operations and strategic development.
